Acerca del evento

Table Stories is a Culinary Night format that takes the experience beyond the museum walls, into the restaurants, markets, and hidden gems where Central Florida's cultures actually live. The best way to understand a place is to eat what it eats.

Pa'Paraguaná in Kissimmee is one of Central Florida's most culturally rich hidden gems. More than 50 varieties of empanadas made from memory and migration. An owner who plays cuatro between orders. Stories about a country that lives on in its cuisine.

This is not a tasting. It's a conversation that happens to involve eating, about humor, nostalgia, resilience, and an entire geography in every bite.

We spend the morning there, tasting, listening, and discovering what Venezuelan food carries beyond flavor.
