Open Scene, in collaboration with the Haitian American Art Network, proudly presented the unveiling of La Perle des Antilles, a stunning mural by artist Patrick Noze that honors Haiti’s rich cultural heritage. This special occasion builds upon the dialogue initiated during our Create Dangerously Forum with Edwidge Danticat, where participants explored themes of identity, resilience, and the experiences of Black Latin immigrant artists. By showcasing this vibrant artwork, we continue to highlight Haiti’s enduring legacy and celebrate the power of art to connect, inspire, and unite diverse communities.
