Running time: 90 minutes

Six characters and "twelve voices" meet in a municipal kennel on December 31, and while they take stock of what has happened in the past year, they look for someone to accompany them through the rest of the years to come. It is a hilarious and corrosive work about any country that laughs at its tears, fears, and frustrations as long as it is not held accountable for what it has done and left undone. Thus, an extravagant dog catcher, a hallucinated soap opera actor, an injured provincial, a troubled debt collector, an alcoholic sailor, a lousy emigrant, and a cheerful sister-in-law will share their stories, some tragic and others hilarious, surrounded by a pack of dogs that They are a lot of bandits but always with a light of hope. Because, as the piece says, "Don't you understand me? I'm talking about love. It is worse, even if you think it is an earthquake, hurricane, or epidemic, because love does not end or change your life, but rather, it breaks it into pieces. Forever". Premiered for the first time in Poitiers, France, Bandit & Bad Blood is one of the most performed pieces by Venezuelan author Gustavo Ott. "Travelling and stray" work, as the author has defined it, has been presented in Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico, Denmark, Spain, France, Korea, Japan, and Brazil, and It has been translated into French, Portuguese and Catalan. This unique performance at FLAE will be its premiere in the United States.
