In this engaging workshop, participants will learn about the intricacies of managing artistic and cultural activities within both the private and public sectors. Through a combination of techniques, shared experiences, and valuable teachings, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in successfully navigating the dynamic artistic and cultural landscape.

*Luis Felipe Flores-Balam Figueroa, or simply “Falú”, is a Mexican architect, set designer and museographer originally from Yucatán. He graduated with a degree in Architecture from the Anáhuac University. He has also carried out specialized studies at the CENTER for Design, Film and Television Studies of Mexico, and at the Penguin Random Editorial House.
