About the event

Experience the culminating performance of the Global Rhythm Experience, featuring an explosive ensemble presentation led by master percussionist Jeickov Vital. After five immersive workshops exploring Afro‑diasporic rhythms, movement, and cultural traditions, participants come together to share a dynamic and high‑energy showcase highlighting the full repertoire learned throughout the program.

This final performance celebrates the vibrancy of Afro‑Caribbean and Afro‑Latin percussion through long-drum traditions, call‑and‑response dynamics, bamboo and body‑based rhythms, and coastal fusion grooves. Families, community members, and audiences of all ages are invited to witness this powerful closing event.

Join us for an evening of rhythm, culture, and community as the Global Rhythm Experience ensemble takes the stage.
