As the year came to a close, Open Scene proudly celebrated with an unforgettable showcase of local talent: Art in the Garden 2.
The event featured a dramatic reading of the play Ladrones, written by Uruguayan author Florencio Sánchez and directed by Eliana Strático. The cast included Abigaíl Laboy, Alejandro Guevarez, Carlos Dimas, and Karina Gentile.
Guests enjoyed live music performances by Puerto Rican soprano Arleen Ramírez and the Venezuelan new-age pop trio, Guaramor.
The visual arts exhibition highlighted stunning works from Geraldine Díaz (Venezuela), JJ González Acosta (Venezuela), Karina Gentile (Venezuela), Nélida Málaga (Argentina), Sarahy Boraure (Venezuela), and Patricia Cavazos (Mexico).
Families were delighted by an engaging puppet show from Titirifá, and the first recital and showcase by Play & Art students added a special touch to the celebration.
The evening was complete with delicious food, crafts, and an atmosphere of pride in the incredible local talent.
