At Open Scene, we celebrate Hispanic culture through our annual Latin playwriting contest. The 2024 edition crowned Nueve de Cada Diez Estrellas de Cine me Hacen Llorar by Tomás Buccella as winner, and awarded a special mention to Arlequines by Argentine playwright Marcelo Galliano. Both plays were presented as dramatic readings at the A&H Museums of Maitland in October 2024.
