The Blue Element | Public Art in Winter Park

Project type

Public Art Installation | Participatory Art

Date

February 2025

Location

City Hall & Central Park, Winter Park

The Blue Element was a multisensory public art installation conceived as an artistic bridge between Winter Park City Hall and Central Park. Unveiled on February 22, 2025, and presented through Arts Weekend, the project activated the City Hall lawn and Central Park through three interconnected components that invited residents and visitors to move, pause, and engage with art in public space. The installation explored connection, curiosity, and creative placemaking within the civic landscape of Winter Park.
