Discover OpenScene's 2026 Season: A Year of Bold Creativity and Culture

What to Expect from OpenScene:

  • Groundbreaking Productions: Witness new works by visionary artists who expand perspectives and redefine storytelling.

  • Immersive Installations: Dive into interactive art experiences that engage your senses and spark your imagination.

  • Cultural Celebrations: Join OpenScene for festivals and events that honor and showcase the richness of plural traditions.

  • Community Connections: Participate in workshops, talkbacks, and special events that bridge audiences and creators.

I had the joy of viewing Puerperium and I was moved. It is a thoughtfully curated play which heaves on one’s humanity, all the while delivering a powerful message of the plights birth mothers face as they adapt through the physiological variations of their postpartum realities. I look forward to this year’s festival and the enchantment I now expect from OpenScene’s curators.
